With onion, green pepper, roasted aubergine, peas, bamboo shoots and strips of sirloin steak. Topped with fresh green chilli. Probably the best one I've made.
Layers of aubergine, peppers, onion, garlic, sweet potato and tomato topped with a breadcrumb, cheddar and parmesan crust. Carrot and beetroot salad with a balsamic dressing on the side.
Simmered the ribs in a pan for an hour then chucked them in the oven, smothered in Reggae Reggae sauce & wrapped in foil for 3 hours! So tender the meat fell off the bone. Served with fried rice.
